I make art to care for the people who care for our world. Nature is my teacher and inspiration. I paint landscapes, flowers, seascapes as an offering to those who crave beauty but rarely have time to create it themselves. Each painting is a doorway to the alchemy of stillness, a way to tend to your inner landscape for a moment or an hour and come away refreshed. I try to capture and share the living magic of nature as a reminder that beauty and creativity are essential for thriving. From a childhood roaming ancestral land in East Texas, mountaineering adventures from Nepal to Alaska, building parks in Houston, and traveling to swim and snorkel in oceans around the world, I bring a lifetime of engagement with nature into each work as a mark of authenticity you can rely on.
