Leah Barber

I want to support people in knowing who they truly are. My journey has been about making my way home to who I really am. I feel joy and fulfillment when showing up for other people in this process of unlearning/shedding/releasing what doesn't feel right or fit anymore and embracing a deeper truth. I practice Classical Five-Element Acupuncture and Reiki. I studied Acupuncture at the Institute of Taoist Education and Acupuncture, graduating with a Masters in Acupuncture in 2020. My personal passion is to support others in coming home to their deepest truth. I also create art using acrylic paint, colored paper, magazine bits, and beads, often painting on cardboard. I tend to work with the naked form a lot, representing being seen bare, unguarded, unmasked, a chosen vulnerability. My hope is for my art to help others recognize their own selves in it, locating something within they've been looking for.
