Gary Markowitz is a contemporary fine artist whose evocative oil paintings span more than three decades. He works across two interwoven directions—luminous abstraction and emotionally resonant figurative expression exploring beauty, mystery, identity, transformation, and the human experience. His paintings are layered with emotion, color, and narrative emerging from an intuitive process in which each work unfolds its own story. Markowitz lives and works in Colorado, where he continues to paint, exhibit, and explore the intersection of art, spirit, and the human journey.
