About the artist.
My artwork is inspired by a deep love of nature and a desire to capture fleeting moments when the natural world seems especially alive—light sparkling on water, storm clouds gathering on the horizon, or reflections shimmering across a still lake. Painting outdoors helps me tune in more fully to my surroundings and respond intuitively to what I see. It's a challenge I welcome: to distill the mood and movement of a scene before the light shifts or the wind rises.
